Vinyasa classes at The Mindful Body
In addition to teaching yoga from my home studio, I also teach 2 Vinyasa All Levels yoga classes at The Mindful Body on Mon and Wed from 4:30pm-6:00. For more information about the studio, visit: The Mindful Body.
Tips for healthy living:
Drink lots of water to keep your internal system functioning properly and to keep your skin hydrated. I start off my day with drinking 1-2 tall glasses of agua.
Spend time in nature. We're so blessed to live near the ocean. I tend to go for walks at Crissy Field and love walking on the beach. Hearing the sounds of the waves crashing, taking in an expansive view of the world...I am in awe.
Try to get a restful sleep at night. I recently discovered the amazing effectiveness of wearing ear plugs. I've been getting them at Rainbow Grocery and have been sleeping so much better! Also, wearing a comfy eye mask for those who like their room like a dark cave also helps to ensure a good night's sleep.
